Planning And Design

Our wedding and events division is the perfect complement to the Blue Heron experience, offering a true one-stop solution. Our experienced coordinators partner with you to bring your full vision to life, providing support with décor and design, vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and venue selection. On the day of your event, they serve as your dedicated Day-of Coordinator, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed and flawlessly executed.

While the sustainable food movement has become a way of life here in the Bay Area, we have always made using our local food shed a priority in our business model. As a Bay Area based company, our commitment to local and responsible food has strong roots in California that are reflected in our menus.

Blue Heron is highly sought after because we work so closely with the people who grow, raise and produce everything we use. It is not unusual to see a chef, event manager, or owner out on the farm or at the market stall.

Very attentive to all of our guests dietary restrictions as well. They also dealt masterfully with all of our last minute little things, like patio heaters and our idea to have affogatos at an espresso cart (which was SO good).
