This simple salad will be the superstar of your holiday table.
It's no fig deal
4 cups arugula
8 fresh figs, quartered
3 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and fresh pepper to taste
Toss arugula, figs, and blue cheese together in a large bowl.
Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over salad before serving.
