Blue Heron is a creative and energetic team of event coordinators, chefs and service staff with many years of experience in the special events and restaurant industries. Our impeccable event planning and coordination ensure perfectly executed weddings, social events and corporate parties for our customers.

We would love to discuss the details of your event with you by phone or email. We can give you an idea of price ranges and minimum costs for events of various kinds. Our prices include the charges for food, table top ware, rentals, staff and sales tax. If you need a dance floor, additional furniture or other specialty rentals, Blue Heron can provide them as well. We do not charge a cake cutting fee, set-up fee, or damage charge. There are no hidden charges. You are welcome to provide your own beverages. We provide bar set-up at no additional charge and do not charge a corkage fee.
